Live Interactive PC Support

While speaking with one of our Support Technicians, we may need to access your computer for live interactive support.

Step 1. Download Support Module

Step 2. Click "Run" when the Run/Save File dialog appears. Choose "Run" a second time. This will install the program.

Step 3. You may be prompted to allow the program to make changes to your computer. Click OK or UNBLOCK. THis will allow our Support Technician's computer to connect to your computer.

Step 4. The program will automatically generate a password to allow temporary access to your computer.

Step 5. Our support team will then provide you the highest in technical support for your PC.
